Prime Minister Attends Passing-out Parade at RBP Training Institute Jigmeling
Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay attended the Passing-out Parade at the Royal Bhutan Police Training Institute, Jigmeling, today, marking the formal induction of the 44th Batch of Officer Cadets and the 57th Batch of Recruits into the Royal Bhutan Police.Addressing the parade, the Prime Minister congratulated the graduating officers and recruits and expressed his pleasure at being part of the occasion. He described the Royal Bhutan Police as a cornerstone of peace, safety, and national stability, and noted that Bhutan remains among the few countries where people are able to live without fear, both day and night, due to the dedicated service of the armed forces and the police.
Lyonchen also acknowledged the trust and confidence that the Bhutanese people place in the Royal Bhutan Police. He concluded by extending his best wishes to the new officers and recruits for a life of service guided by integrity, courage, and unwavering loyalty to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
