On Wednesday, during a naka checking near the Suktabari area office under Kotwali Police Station in Cooch Behar district, police intercepted a Maruti van. Upon searching the vehicle, officers recovered 122.435 kilograms of ganja packed in four sacks.
The two individuals present inside the vehicle were arrested on the spot, and a case has been registered against them under relevant sections by Kotwali Police Station.
