🏠 32 Families Receive New Homes in Samdrupjongkhar
— A new chapter begins for 32 families in Samdrupjongkhar as they received their allotment orders from the National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) to move into the newly completed 2BHK apartments at Dradulthang.
Developed under the Green and Resilient Affordable Housing Sector Project (GRAHSP) with support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the project reflects Bhutan’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive urban housing.

🏡 5 apartments allotted to female-headed households.

💼 21 apartments allocated to private sector employees, marking NHDCL’s expanding support beyond the public sector.

🏢 10 apartments provided to civil servants.

🏗️ Constructed by Penjor Construction Pvt. Ltd., the project was completed on schedule.

🔜 Another 88 apartments at Samdrupjongkhar Toed are expected to be ready for allotment early next year.
