Jaigaon Police Launch Evening Bike Patrol to Boost Public Safety
Jaigaon: In a fresh initiative aimed at strengthening law and order, Jaigaon Police have started evening bike patrolling across various parts of the town. The initiative is being carried out under the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Nayan Das.
The move is intended to enhance public safety, keep a close watch on anti-social activities, and ensure a stronger police presence during the evening hours when markets and residential areas remain busy.
According to police officials, motorcycle patrols will allow quicker movement through narrow lanes and crowded areas, enabling faster response in case of any emergency. The step is also expected to build confidence among residents and deter unlawful activities.
