International Training Programme on Innovative Leadership for RBP Officers Inaugurated in India

Under the Government of India (GoI) Project Tied Assistance, the International Training Programme on Innovative Leadership for Organizational Growth and Excellence (ILOGE) for officers of the Royal Bhutan Police was inaugurated on 05 January 2026 at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), India.

The programme was formally inaugurated by Dr. Poonam Sinha, Director General of NIESBUD, who highlighted the importance of innovative leadership in driving organizational growth, adaptability, and excellence in today’s complex and dynamic environment.

The two-week programme is being attended by fourteen senior officers of the Royal Bhutan Police. It aims to strengthen participants’ skills in innovative leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational development, with a strong emphasis on applying modern leadership practices within policing organizations.
